ON ACNE -AD Gel 20gm

Adapalene 0.1% w/w + Clindamycin 1% w/w

Adaplene:

Better tolerated than tretinoin.
3rd generation of receptor – selective retionoids.
Adaplene gel 0.1% is more effective at reducing
Inflammatory and non inflammatory lesions than
tretinoin gel 0.025%.

Clindamycin:
Topical clindamycin is approximately equivalent to
500 mg dose of tetracycline.
Used to treat most effective against infections
aerobic gram(+) cocci & anaerobic gram(-) bacilli.
